Shipping policy

Shipments are sent by the carriers PPL, DHL, DPP, GLS, or Packeta.

​​ Postage within the territory of the Czech Republic is charged according to the value of the order.

• ​Postage within Czechia for orders up to 2000 CZK is charged at 79 CZK (3,2 EUR).
• Postage within Czechia for orders over 2000 CZK is free.
• Postage within the EU is charged at 250 CZK (10 EUR).
• Postage to Norway, Switzerland, Great Britain is charged 375 CZK (15 EUR).

We ship your orders within 1 business day after receiving payment. Delivery within Czechia takes 2-3 days, within EU 1-2 weeks. Delivery speed is affected by capacities and speed of carriers.
